Elevate combines a concierge-style experience with person-centered support. Instead of simply handing clients a list of resources, we help them understand their options, prepare for next steps, connect with appropriate providers and services, and remain supported throughout the process.

Lesley R. Scott, LMSW
Founder, Elevate Alabama
Lesley is a licensed master social worker with experience across behavioral health, healthcare, case management, advocacy, and community-based services. She founded Elevate Alabama with a vision of creating a more approachable, personalized way for individuals to navigate wellness resources and emerging healthcare options.
